Terms and Conditions

  1. Gift Cards, Alcohol, Shipping Fees, and tax are not eligible for earning points.
  2. Members will receive earned points upon order fulfillment.
  3. Points cannot be redeemed towards Gift Cards, Alcohol, Shipping Fees, and tax.
  4. Annual VIP spend tiers are based on a 12-month rolling period that begin on a member’s enrollment date.
  5. Sip + Spin points expire after 90 days of inactivity. The expiration period will be activated from the last point activity, so members need to engage with points earning and redeeming activities to extend the expiration. After the expiry date, their points will automatically be reset to zero. As an example, let’s say a member has 500 points. During 90 days, if the member does not earn or redeem any points, they will lose all 500 points after the 90 days. On the other hand, if the member does ANY activity that affects their total points within a 90-day period, the expiry date will be extended by 90 days.
  6. When points are redeemed online, the member will receive a Discount Coupon Code that can be used both in-store and online. Once points are redeemed for a Loyalty Reward Discount Coupon Code, the Coupon Code needs to be used in-store or online within 90 days or it will expire.
  7. High Notes may cancel or change any element of the Sip + Spin rewards program at any time.
  8. Sip + Spin points are awarded only at the time of purchase. Points cannot be retroactively added to transactions made without program participation during payment.
  9. Sip + Spin points earned have no cash value and cannot be transferred between member's accounts.
  10. Only one points redemption is permitted per transaction.
  11. All Sip + Spin offers, including discounts, rewards and bonus points, cannot be applied to previous purchases.
